3. Automatic Shipment Program (Autoship)
This program is a convenient "subscription" for retailers. Once signed up for Autoship, you'll receive the Special Publication Autoship Benefits Package (see below). Special publications relating to the magazines, for which you are signed up, are automatically shipped to you as they are released. A detailed list of those special publications can be found under section 3.2. If you're not pleased with the special publication once you receive it, a call tag can be issued.
You decide which of our publications to receive. You may also specify the quantity of each of the publications, with a minimum of six (6) for any one magazine. We do not require quantities to be multiples of six (6) as long as quantity totals are six (6) or more. You may change quantities or cancel eight (8) weeks prior to the release of the next issue. If you cancel after the shipment is processed, you will be responsible for payment of the outbound shipping costs, even if you choose to return the magazines. Returns will be accepted via prepaid UPS only. We will not be responsible for items returned via USPS or other non-trackable means.
The magazines are shipped so you will receive them no later than the first day of the release month. For example, a July/August cover date will be shipped to you in June to arrive no later than July 1.
If you enroll for Autoship of Art Doll Quarterly, The Stampers’ Sampler, and/or Somerset Studio, we will automatically ship the special editions as they become available, in the same quantity you have requested for the regular publication. If you would like different quantities of these publications, or do not wish to receive a particular one, you must notify us at least eight (8) weeks prior to their release dates.
As a special courtesy to our wholesale accounts who enroll in AutoShip, we will waive the minimum dollar amount for any of our products (minimum quantities still apply).

4. Prices and Order Minimums
Please refer to the wholesale price list. Wholesale prices are 50% off the suggested retail price. We reserve the right to correct or change prices without notice. If you are enrolled in AutoShip, we will waive the minimum dollar amount when ordering; minimum quantities are still required.
- Magazines: Minimum of six (6) for each current issue. Minimum of two (2) for each back issue with a combined total quantity of six (6) or more for back issues
- Special Publications: Minimum of six (6)

- Stamps: $150 minimum for opening order; $75 minimum for reorders. We require a minimum order of two (2) of each wood-mounted stamp (we allow the order of one (1) wood-mounted stamp or Clearly Impressed stamp set when the wholesale price is $6.97 or more)

5. Payment Terms
NET 30 Guaranteed
- NET 30 GTD terms are extended to wholesale customers who guarantee payment with a credit card
- Visa or MasterCard accepted
- Credit card will be charged for the outstanding balance without notice if payment is not made within 30 days
- Since this option for payment is based on a promise to pay via check or money order within 30 days, it will not be considered the same as credit card terms
- If credit card is charged more than two times, the terms will be changed to credit card upon the third charge
Credit Card - Orders will be billed to your credit card at the time of shipment. COD is not available.
6. Insufficient Funds/ Collections
Returned Checks – Checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds (NSF) or closed accounts will be charged a $25.00 service fee. Further, the Publisher will have the right to exercise all rights available pursuant to California Civil Code 1817, including the right to treble damages. If an account is past due we reserve the right to place that account on credit hold and pull future orders without notice and no further advertising will be accepted until the account is brought to a current balance.
Third Party Collections – Publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser/agency/store owner liable for payments due. If collection efforts become necessary, advertiser/agency/store owner is responsible for paying all resulting fees charged to the publisher as well as any resulting interest as charged by a third party collection agency and/or Attorney including all court costs and Attorney fees. Publisher reserves the right to pull advertisement in the event an account should become delinquent.
7. Shipping
Orders (other than Autoship) will be shipped within three (3) to six (6) business days from receipt of order during regular season. Peak season may take from five (5) to ten (10) business days. If your order requires special handling, please note that on your order. We will make all efforts to accommodate your request. Rush order requests will incur an additional handling fee of $10.00.
To ensure your order ships in a timely manner, we do not do back orders; we will make every effort to ship your order complete within six (6) to ten (10) business days.
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (we use the least expensive method, depending on the size of your order). The shipping charge reflected on your invoice is our cost from UPS or USPS and is based on weight. Note: the page count varies on certain issues of magazines; the freight charge may vary from issue to issue even if you are receiving the same quantities. A $5.00 handling fee will be charged on all international orders.
8. Returns
Returns are accepted on any products that are defective. All returns must be submitted with a Return Authorization form. You may obtain one by contact Stampington & Company Wholesale via phone (877) 782-6737 or email at wholesale@stampington.com
Magazines – We accept returns on all of our magazines after six (6) months from the publication date. Magazines two years or older are not returnable. All returns must be shipped via traceable means, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. We are not responsible for items returned without a tracking number. You must return magazines intact and in resalable condition, without price stickers, in order to avoid a restocking fee and to receive a 100% refund/credit. If magazines arrive in damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and we will not return the magazines to you. If we accept the compromised condition of the return, we will charge a 50% restocking fee for the poor condition. Please note that magazines may become damaged in transit. Appropriate packaging is highly recommended with plastic wrap and/or cushioning materials. Stampington & Company will not be liable for magazines damaged in transit. You will be responsible for filing a claim with your carrier if magazines are delivered to Stampington & Company in poor condition. Magazines that are returned before six (6) months will automatically be charged the 50% restocking fee if they are in acceptable condition as a return. Do not remove covers. We do not give credit for covers or magazines that are returned without covers.
Stamps and Artist Papers – We DO NOT accept returns on stamps and artist papers unless items are defective. Defective stamps and artist papers are returnable for credit within 30 days of receipt.
9. Change of Address
Please notify us in writing of any address changes prior to shipment of any new orders. If you are on the Auto Ship program, we must receive notice of address changes the first week, two (2) months prior to the publication release date. For example, if the publication is a July/August issue, you must notify us no later than the first week in May. If we receive notice after your shipment has been sent and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the initial freight to the incorrect address, in addition to the reshipment costs.
